How quickly do I get my SLACK or Sleepy Heads cover?
You can find the various shipping method and costs options upon Check-Out. Via international courier will take between 3 -- 7 days, via international airmail will be upwards to 20 days, via regular mail by land/sea will be upwards to 2 months.

How often do I need to add refill of beans?
All EPS beans filling for bean bag furnishing will compress over time. It depends on frequency of use. We find that most people like to add more beans refill to re-energize their SLACK bean bag furnishing cover between 8 to 18 months time.
Where do I purchase beans from?
EPS (expanded polystyrene) beans for bean bag filling are available from packaging companies, they are also readily available online. Currently we are able to arrange beans filling purchase for you in Hong Kong, and Europe.
